The hotel itself was CHARMING SMALL and fairly clean. Rooms were beautifully decorated and provided with 2 bathrooms, double bed, free WiFi. The location was convenient there, close to slopes. The attached restaurant and music bar were also available.

There is a bus every 20 minutes to the rail station which is under 5 minutes by bus. The beautiful lake is within walking distance and the coop supermarket is just next door. Very convenient.
The bed is two single joint together. It would be better if 1 queen bed as we are couples.

We greatly enjoyed reasonably priced and well-appointed rooms and brilliant food.
The property was in the centre of the city. Cafe viv located 1 km away was a nice surprise🙂

Good value and very modern. Handy to have parking nearby and a busy restaurant on the ground floor.
Lacks some hotel details such as glasses and extra pillows etc.

The facilities, decor and design were wonderful. The hotel is still very new and a few items still need sorting out (no trash can in room, no tissue dispenser, no instructions on how to use phone -- reception is extension 21 but who would know). But these items are minor -- overall great value and beautiful decor. Great bar and restaurants.
As noted above, would prefer trash recepticals, tissue dispenser and phone instructions. But these are minor annoyances.

This hotel is away from the station, but a bus stop is immediateness. They are new hotel, so the room is clean and has good facilities.
There are no store of food around there. I was ashamed a little that I went through the bar to go to the room.

I stayed there for 2 days. But I felt Failed . The stuff attitude was terrible. Reception was allways absent .I have to wait over 15minutes. He couldn't give me Engadin card untill I asked next morning. The room was very dirty and dustful I never want to stay there .The price was very expensive.

The room was quiet and spacious. The pizza is of italian standard and considering that it is in expensive(often nonsensical) switzerland it was reasonably priced.
The hotel like to charge guests twice, once online, and again once at departure...to date I have not yet received my promised refund(it was 14 days ago)on my credit card.I Find it a rather ineffective way to get money.I Wonder why they do not simply charge you once online,PERIOD.So far I have paid the room TWICE.The city is desert and boring, after 1700 everything is closed.

Great Hotel, good location as it is quite central. Room was lovely and spacious. The hotel also has a great restaurant on sitel which does great Pizza'S. The hotel could provide better value for moony if it did not charge for children below 12 years of age if using existing bedding.
The lifts were not yet functional!

The air conditioning is poorly functioning!!! The restaurant wait times are unacceptable and very frustrating to deal with!!! The signage for finding the hotel is inadequate, causing unnecessary confusion!!!

The service of the staff are very friendly and warm. The hotel set up is very cosy and beautiful. It also provided free wi-fi service. The restaurant food is excellent and it is served in their cosy and beautiful restaurant. The hospitality of the hotel is really excellent!
The window of the room we had was right overseeing the construction .. with CHF210 rate per night, it should have been better :-)

The size of the room is good but the room smells of concrete (I think it is still very new) and there is no personal touch at all. The bathroom is also very small. We do not have a view, our room faces the wall of another building. Overall it is not advisable to stay here if you want a hotel experience. This is more b&B. The quality of breakfast is also not good.
